I am currently practicing traditional and digital illustration with ink, paint, Illustrator and Photoshop. My artistic experience and interests have encompassed a broad spectrum of visual arts; In an endeavor to experience a wide variety of works, I have gained opportunities to understand all sides of the art world. I designed publication covers, websites, logos, business cards, printed and digital ads and banners, laser engraving, UV vinyl, flatbed, large format and screen-printing. Anything I could get my hands on. I created structural drawings in Autodesk CAD, animation in Flash, wove blankets on looms, threw, glazed and fired ceramics, did some small tattoos, installed large scale displays, filmed, edited, and acted; and once even made and solicited my own unlicensed collegiate apparel.

My art arsenal includes Adobe CC, Wacom Intuos4, Full Spectrum Laser engraver / cutter, vinyl cutter, Canon DSLR, airbrush, and traditional paints and pens. I enjoy taking on unfamiliar challenges and find freedom in my ability to draw on all media, styles and techniques, when producing designs.

I have been a snowboarding instructor and river guide, but never both at once. Trained in wilderness survival, w/ (prev.) CPR/ AED/ First Aid certs.

I am not an advocate of public speaking, public nudity, or public display of affection; but my wit and resilience allow me to confidently navigate my way through most any situation. I enjoy creative writing as necessary. I can laugh at most things. Some of my aspirations include illustrating skate and snowboards, and the design and construction of my own domicile. I collect fonts, music, and beer bottle crowns. I have more than 600 unique caps (and memories!) but am always looking to enjoy another.
